We are currently seeking a Full-Time Machine Operator to join our dedicated team who enjoy great benefits competitive salary and an environment where collaboration development and success are embraced.
As a Full-Time Machine Operator at JK Findings you will play a crucial role in our production process by performing machine set-ups and operating equipment to produce high-quality products. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments to ensure machines function optimally. Additionally you will conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure our rigorous quality standards are met guaranteeing that every item meets our commitment to excellence. Your attention to detail and your technical skills will be essential in driving our production goals and contributing to the overall success of your team.
To be successful in this position you you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Being mechanically inclined is essential as you will work with advanced machinery and need to troubleshoot issues effectively. A positive attitude will foster a collaborative environment allowing you to thrive as a team player who communicates well with colleagues and supports collective goals.
