Job Summary

Ice Miller is seeking summer associates to join our Philadelphia office in the private equity M&A and leveraged finance practices.

Ice Millers summer associate program includes:

Opportunities to develop direct working relationships with our attorneys to enhance your research writing and presentation skills
Staffing on active transactions
Guidance mentoring and regular feedback
In-depth training focused on professional and substantive legal skills
Opportunities for client contact
Social events and team building activities and
Competitive

In addition to excellent academic credentials we seek summer associates who:

Excel in a team environment
Demonstrate leadership skills
Have prior work experience including legal military or service industry experience
Are curious motivated and thrive in fast-paced dynamic work environments
Manage their time and their projects diligently and
Have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys staff and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own.

All applicants must:

Have permanent authorization to work in the United States
Have earned a minimum of an undergraduate degree and are enrolled in the JD class of 2028 at an accredited law school and
In Philadelphia we only hire students for our transactional practice and who have undergraduate degrees in business finance accounting entrepreneurship or economics.

Philadelphia compensation for this role is $3990 weekly.
