Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes utensils and glassware after guests leave.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area by sweeping or vacuuming as necessary.
• Fill water glasses and provide other drinks to guests when required.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring all items are stocked and organized in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Runners make servers jobs easier by delivering the food from the kitchen to the table both quickly and safely.
• It is their responsibility to ensure that food arrives as soon as it is ready and at the proper temperature.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand walk and lift for extended periods.
