Job Summary
- Establish and maintain active communication with international falcon breeding farms participating in the event.
- Ensure high engagement and consistent followup with all confirmed farms to facilitate a smooth experience.
- Coordinate all travelrelated procedures including: Communicating confirmed travel dates and flight details Assisting in issuing travel invitations and followup if needed
- Notify farms about accommodation bookings and share full hotel details and checkin information in advance.
- Arrange and confirm transportation schedules from the hotel to the exhibition venue in Malham and vice versa ensuring all transfers are on time and clearly communicated.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely updates on any changes in schedule or logistics for farm participants.
English fluency is required
