Job Summary

Project Ownership:

Take ownership of specific Red Bull Titled Projects managing onground execution in collaboration with Third Party Agencies and the Field Team.

 

Event Integration:

Execute thirdparty projects that smartly integrate the Red Bull brand within EPC (Event Partner Companies) events enhancing brand engagement.

 

Initiative Support:

Assist in planning and executing initiatives developed by Field Marketing including Local Concepts Playground Jams and Creators Initiatives.

 

Brand Engagement:

Engage with students and EPCs to bring the Red Bull brand to life fostering loyalty and awareness through innovative and relevant activations in Student and Field Marketing.

 

OnGround Activations:

Support the execution of onground activations ensuring highquality delivery brand presence and seamless representation.

 

Networking:

Build a strong network at the student marketing level (Key Student Entities Universities) and in field marketing (Creators Friends of Red Bull and Key ThirdParty Entities).

 

Sampling Initiatives:

Assist in planning and implementing targeted sampling initiatives to drive product trials among new consumers.

 

Insights Leadership:

Lead the Ins & Jinz sessions sharing insights on current trends among EPCs and discussing authentic engagement strategies.

 

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to ensure synchronized plans with the Sales Team.

 

Data Collection and Reporting:

Support data collection and reporting efforts including Event Performance Media Contacts Consumer Feedback through social listening and market dynamics.

 

Team Recruitment:

Assist the FMS in sourcing interviewing and recruiting members for the Student Marketers team.

 

Regional Insights Analysis:

Brainstorm and analyze relevant regional insights to develop initiatives that connect with local communities fostering a hyperlocalized approach.


Qualifications :

Experience Required:

Minimum: 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Maximum: 1 year of experience
(Time spent in the Student Marketers program is counted towards this role)

Additional Information :

Preferred Experience/Background:

Previous role as a Student Marketeer at Red Bull Egypt

Experience as a Field Marketing Specialist in an agency or corporate environment

Role as a Brand Ambassador for FMCG or Sports/Culture brands

Experience as an Event Coordinator Event Marketing Specialist or Event Marketing Intern
