Job Summary

THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Renovator to join our team for an upcoming property improvement project. We are upgrading 57 of our guest suites and need a "Working Lead" to drive the quality and pace of the renovations.

This is a production-focused role ideal for a professional who takes pride in consistency speed and high standards.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Pay: $35.00 / Hour (W-2 Paid Bi-Weekly).

Schedule: Mon Thu (Full Day) Friday (Half Day). Enjoy your Friday afternoons off!

Duration: Approximately 3 months (Immediate Start).

Qualified Contractors (1099) with General Liability Insurance are also welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will work alongside and lead a small support crew personally handling the skilled finish work:

Flooring: Professional installation of Glue-Down LVT and Carpet Tile (requires precise scribing).

Finish Carpentry: Installation of Johnsonite Millwork base. Note: Experience with mitered corners on contoured millwork is required.

Paint: High-efficiency rolling with clean cut-lines.

Team Leadership: Maintaining a safe clean and productive job site in an operating hotel environment.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisors Make-Ready Leads or Flooring Pros.

Must possess own hand tools and a miter saw.

Must have reliable daily transportation to Galveston.
