SAP CRM Consultant

Position Description:

For our customers - major energy and utilities companies in the Czech Republic - we deliver IT solutions ranging from large billing systems CRM BI to central energy market solutions mobile workforce management smart technologies etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As consultant focused on SAP CRM solution you will be part of our delivery team focused on customer information systems. This team ensures delivery of complex systems based on SAP for Utilities that support processes of energy suppliers and distributors like customer and contract management communication on the energy market and billing. You will participate on whole project life cycle:
Consulting the business requirements with the client
Design of the solution
Detailed technical specification
SAP CRM solution customizing
Custom development of required functions
Implementation of new requirements in existing systems
Testing
Post implementation support

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What do we need from you
Experience and knowledge in SAP CRM
Excellent analytical skills and technical focus.
Knowledge and experience form previous implementation projects delivered for utilities is an advantage
Openness to take over responsibility for various tasks - like participation on proposals and presentations for customers design of the solution and delivery (not excluding e.g. coding testing technical documentation etc.)
Fluent Czech/Slovak language is mandatory
Communication skills in English
