Are you interested in legal operations data privacy and working at the intersection of law business and compliance Join the LEGO Group and play a hands-on role in our newly established Compliance Tax & Legal Operations function within Business Service Operations (BSO)!

Core Responsibilities

As a Legal Operations Consultant you will support the growing demand for legal services by handling employee data subject access requests supporting legal vendor and risk management activities and contributing to efficient high-quality legal service delivery across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Employee Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR in close collaboration with HR the Privacy Office and other interested parties.
  • Ensuring timely accurate and compliant responses aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with onboarding and ongoing management of external legal service providers and law firms.
  • Tracking law firm performance budgets and billed rates.
  • Supporting purchase order creation and financial administration for legal services.
  • Assisting with third-party vendor and supplier risk evaluations documenting findings and identifying potential risks where relevant.
  • Reviewing and drafting legal agreements (e.g. NDAs) and supporting critical issues from internal self-service digital legal solutions.
  • Assisting with maintaining and updating contract templates and legal documentation.

This position is based in Prague Jinonice and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy principles and legal documentation fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Genuine interest in developing expertise in legal operations compliance and governance.

What would be an advantage

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle or contract management tools.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Exposure to GDPR compliance processes and commercial contract work.
  • Experience supporting legal service providers or vendor management activities.
