- Take and close in-facility sales appointments for personal training small group and team training services
- Make outbound calls and follow up with scheduled appointments quickly and consistently
- Prescribe and sell the right training solution based on each clients goals
- Accurately log notes contacts and follow-ups in the CRM
- Attend local business networking and community events to represent D1 Gainesville and generate new leads
- Collaborate with coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to the turf
- Appointments are primarily in the late afternoons and evenings (4:008:00 PM)
- Schedule is otherwise flexible
- Ability to attend networking and community events outside the facility
- Bonus if you can bring existing clients. Commission paid will be paid on clients who begin training at D1 Gainesville.
- 1 year of sales experience (fitness personal training or service-based sales preferred)
- Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Confident energetic communicator in person on the phone and in the community
- Self-starter who takes ownership of results
- Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up and lead management
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
