JOB SUMMARY

Loan Operations Servicing Specialist I will be responsible for the review of the following: loan documents lien perfections supporting due diligence documents payment postings and GL reconciliation. The position will also provide general administrative support to the loan department which can include customer contact

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scan and index loans and supporting loan documents as needed.
• Make copies collates and/or assemble materials as needed. Verifies all loan documentation scanned to our CORE system.
• Filing of original required loan documentation to the vault.
• Research collect and assemble requested documents.
• Assist with loading renewals/modifications.
• Notify Loan Representatives and Lenders to obtain needed loan-related information.
• Process paid outs.
• Access the computer system to obtain account histories balances payoffs etc.
• Escrow servicing including but not limited to insurance taxes flood and third-party billing.
• Complete escrow analysis and distributions.
• Perform general data maintenance needs.
• Assist with daily GL recons.
• Assign loan numbers.
• Daily mail check and distribution
• Crosstrain on different systems within Branson Bank.
• Serve as a Notary for Bank documents.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
