Job Summary

The role
- Clients portfolios reviews (checking of funds referencing and rebates rate) and billing process management
- Client service support re. specific Clients requests (internal follow-up)
- Maintenance of monthly processes
- Database management (Salesforce)
- Assist the Client Service Manager to prepare quarterly and annual client review meetings
Your Profile
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- Have good Office Packs skills VBA is a plus
- Be rigorous with figures
- Show strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Be an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills
