Role specifics and benefits: In this position youll be integral to the surgical teamprepping and arranging sterile trays maintaining aseptic technique keeping accurate counts with the circulator passing instruments and assisting with draping positioning suction cautery and specimen labeling. Youll support efficient case flow and help ensure patient safety from prep to closure. Youll have growth opportunities within the Surgical Tech specialty including exposure to general orthopedic and specialty cases potential leadership duties as you gain experience and pathways to advanced perioperative roles. The compensation package is competitive with a weekly pay range of $1432-$1527 plus a bonus where applicable and housing assistance to ease relocation.
