Job Summary

We are seeking motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. In this role youll help clients plan and book unforgettable vacationsincluding cruises all-inclusive resorts destination weddings honeymoons and custom travel experiencesall while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

No prior travel industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel preferences budgets and goals

Research plan and book travel arrangements (flights hotels cruises tours etc.)

Manage client inquiries via phone email and social platforms

Provide exceptional customer service before during and after travel

Stay up to date on travel trends promotions and supplier offerings

Market travel services using company-approved tools and training

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Reliable internet access and basic computer skills

Passion for travel and helping others

Sales hospitality or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
