Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Analyst Business Unit (Accounting Associate Collections) to join our Invoice to Cash team. This role focuses on customer collections and Accounts Receivable management ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships across global operations for our Global Bus Svcs ITC -Global Finance Services Division Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Bangalore office
What you will do
- Manage collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts via email calls and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Customer Service Finance) to resolve disputes and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and update systems accordingly.
- Prepare collection performance reports and provide insights for process improvements.
- Participate in special projects and handle ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and GAAP standards.
What you will have
- Education: Bachelors or masters degree in accounting Finance or related field.
- Experience: 1013 years in Collections / Accounts Receivable management.
- Systems Expertise:
- Mandatory: Infor LN
- Preferred: CIMS Collections Tool

- Ability to negotiate payment arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Ensure error-free documentation and reporting.

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:
- Analyze aging reports identify root causes of delays and implement corrective actions.
- This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office
