Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers needs clarify information relay the customer to the appropriate party/department.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Excellent telephone writing and typing skills.
- Strong computer and internet skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Bilingual a PLUS!
