You will act as the commercial owner for a strategic portfolio of mid-to-enterprise accounts driving product adoption and long-term customer success. By building value-led relationships and leveraging data-driven insights you will proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities ensuring global clients realize the full potential of integrated voice technology solutions.

What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-to-enterprise level customers focusing on measurable success outcomes and stakeholder relationships.

  • Own the commercial lifecycle by managing proactive renewals mitigating churn risks and identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and use data-driven health metrics to guide customer strategy and product feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a quota-carrying role within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to navigate commercial negotiations discuss ROI with senior stakeholders and manage complex account plans.

  • Strong collaborative mindset with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to track health metrics and drive repeatable processes.
