Job Summary
We are looking for a full time assistant manager as we head into our first full year of business. Potomac is our 3rd location and an actively growing store. We are looking for someone to help us continue to guide our team of individuals that are courteous energetic outgoing and fun people to be around. We strive to make every guest experience a positive one and our staff is a huge part of that.
This is an integral part of the company. You are our hands and feet and your interaction with our customers is the backbone of our restaurants. If your enthusiasm for people needs a place to release some of its greatness this is the position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with those duties while still being fluent in Safe Food procedures
- Maintain all safety procedures in the restaurant
- Maintain fast fresh service to carry out/delivery personnel
- Receive payments and make change correctly
- Insure packaging will keep all food fresh and hot
- Maintain side work and assist other staff members as needed
