Infosys is seekingaUKG DimensionsLead Consultant positionwill primarilybe responsible forcreating thehigh-leveldesign artifactsas well as detailed solution designlead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation enhancementsdeploymentsvalidatingrequirements with product offerings working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. This role will interface with key stakeholders and apply Kronosdomain and technicalproficiencyacrossdifferent stagesof the project including requirements elicitation application architecture definition and design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 7years of Information Technology experience

• Location for this position isRichardson TX Raleigh NC Hartford CT Phoenix AZ orIndianapolis IN.This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

• At least6years ofhands-onexperience in implementation development and support projects related toKronos WFC / WFDApplications.

• Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR with functional expertise in timekeeping scheduling forecasting accruals attendance and activities modules.

• Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFR with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc.

• Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals attendance tracking compliance monitoring employee self service leave management overtime management schedule optimization work authorization activity tracking for monitoring idle time utilization productivity and incentive pay.

• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience/exposure and knowledge in Workforce Dimensions

• Experience on UKG Workforce Ready configurations and process flows

• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like ticket (incident & service requests) resolving and support.

• Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos) XML APIs XML Imports Web services and standard Import Tables.

• Experience in data conversions using import tables XML imports with analyzing and debugging skills.

• Kronos Workforce Ready functional/technical consultant with production support experience (at least 2 projects) especially from USA.

• Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper Accruals and Activities
