LPN FT Day 0600-1830p
MHP - 16hrs a week . This position is required to work every Saturday and Sunday on an 8-hour shift. Start time negotiable between 7am and 10am.
6. Incentives bonuses pay ranges/shift differentials:
Shift diff:
7a-3p $0 week $1 weekend
3p-11p $1 and $2 weekend
11p-7a $5 $6 weekend
