In CVOR youll function as the critical link between surgeons anesthesiologists and sterile processing ensuring a pristine sterile field accurate instrument counts and meticulous documentation. Your responsibilities will include circulating and assisting in cardiovascular procedures managing hemodynamic monitoring equipment ensuring implant and device readiness and maintaining patient safety throughout the case. Youll participate in preop briefings contribute to postop recovery planning and partner with seasoned CVOR teams to refine techniques in minimally invasive and open heart cases. The role offers significant professional growth: exposure to highlevel cardiovascular procedures mentorship from experienced surgeons and opportunities to pursue CVOR certifications or specialty training while on assignment.
