LIFE COORDINATED is an integrated care company and PACE Program (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and this is the way we operate. A Dietary Member Support Service is integral to delivering comprehensive and integrated care. We are seeking a Dietary Member Support Service to join our team that wants to be an integral part of a team that is changing lives every day. PACE allows us to invest in the right things to address root cause and environmental factors not just symptoms and resulting medical care.
This role requires a current KY Food Handlers Certificate and will provide meal preparation for breakfast and lunch onsite Tuesday and Thursdays and may occasionally be asked to support a special event. This role will ensure the kitchen is organized clean no expired products are present food is inventoried menus are followed member meal consumption and prohibited items are adhered to. The goal of this role is to provide outstanding meal service for H0016 LIFE COORDINATED members while they are onsite. This role must also ensure that kitchen products and equipment are maintained via logs and that kitchen stock is not used by employees or sent home to members. This role will support member services via interactions with members and with EOD and other PACE site cleaning

Licensure / Certification Requirements
Current KY Food Handlers Certificate
Current valid drivers license
Experience
Desired or Preferred Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities:
of food preparation and safety
least one year professional experience working with an elderly or frail population.
knowledge of the administrative organization of community facilities.
in the application of current procedures and techniques of patient care.
to plan and coordinate meals for individuals families and groups under the guidance of supervisor.
to communicate effectively.
