Safety Assistant
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative supportto the Orange Site and NORAM HSEQ departments.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and order supplies for ORG and NORAM HSEQ deparatments | ||
Support Orange HSEQ Procedure Emergency Pre-Plans and TrainingDevelopment | ||
SupportOrange SiteFRC ordering and problem resolution | ||
Support Orange Site Permit Auditing Program | ||
Support NORAM HSEQ training program and activities | ||
Support NORAM HSEQ Manangement Systems activities associated with revision of procedures | ||
Record and distributeNORAM HSEQ departmentalmeeting minutes | ||
Coordinate and update NORAM HSEQ KPIs and Scorecard(s) | ||
Provide adminstrative support to maintain NORAM HSEQ product safety related information | ||
Provide administrative support to NORAM HSEQ projects and activities | ||
Maintenance of a clean and uncluttered work area | ||
Compliance with the company HESS rules | ||

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education no minimum education requirements.
Experience 2 years of maintenance and construction experience.
Certification/License: a Valid Drivers License
