Safety Assistant
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative supportto the Orange Site and NORAM HSEQ departments.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and order supplies for ORG and NORAM HSEQ deparatments | |
Support Orange HSEQ Procedure Emergency Pre-Plans and TrainingDevelopment | |
SupportOrange SiteFRC ordering and problem resolution | |
Support Orange Site Permit Auditing Program | |
Support NORAM HSEQ training program and activities | |
Support NORAM HSEQ Manangement Systems activities associated with revision of procedures | |
Record and distributeNORAM HSEQ departmentalmeeting minutes | |
Coordinate and update NORAM HSEQ KPIs and Scorecard(s) | |
Provide adminstrative support to maintain NORAM HSEQ product safety related information | |
Provide administrative support to NORAM HSEQ projects and activities | |
Maintenance of a clean and uncluttered work area | |
Compliance with the company HESS rules | |

Experience 2 years of maintenance and construction experience.
