Contract: permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.

The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent not-for-profit organisation that plays a vital role in UK financial services. Every day we help resolve disputes between consumers or small businesses and their financial service providers.
What Youll Do:
As Strategy Development Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Financial Ombudsman Services strategic priorities. Youll lead the development implementation and evaluation of our organisational strategy working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure our long-term objectives are met. Your work will involve facilitating strategy workshops driving complex strategic projects and producing key strategic communications including board papers and contributions to annual and budget reports.
Youll also be responsible for co-ordinating internal and external research and analysis to inform our strategic direction ensuring our strategic narrative is consistently reflected across corporate publications. Collaboration is central to this role as youll engage with stakeholders across and beyond the organisation to support the definition and communication of our strategy and priorities.
