Job Description

Handle full set of accounts for Malaysia entity including daily accounting entries AP/AR expense verification and monthly closing.
Prepare financial statements management reports and support annual audit activities.
Manage tax-related matters including tax filing tax submission and liaison with tax agents.
Responsible for cost accounting asset and inventory management and accounting documentation filing.
Handle import & export related accounting matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with banks on account opening/closure daily banking operations fund planning cash flow monitoring and financing arrangements.
Assist in establishing and improving financial management systems workflows and internal controls.
Liaise with local government authorities tax offices customs and relevant external parties.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in Accounting Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience in a Malaysia manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards tax regulations and financial policies.
Familiar with LMW license application and management processes.
Hands-on experience in accounting fund management taxation company secretarial coordination and audit-related workflows.
Able to independently manage full set accounts and establish accounting processes aligned with Malaysia regulatory requirements.
Good financial management and risk control awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Salary Range: Up to RM 6000
