As the Strategy & Operations Manager for Clinical Operations you will spearhead the strategy and execution of patient experience initiatives. This high-impact role requires end-to-end ownership of projects designed to enhance the patient journey. You will solve complex operational challenges innovate new service standards and drive efficiency across cross-functional teams to redefine modern healthcare.

What you will do:

Solve operational challenges by building launching and scaling efficient processes that directly impact patient satisfaction.
Utilize data-driven insights and financial modeling to assess the implications of new initiatives and drive continuous iteration.
Lead cross-functional efforts with tech product and finance teams to instill operational best practices and elevate service standards.

The ideal candidate:

Has 5 years of experience in strategy operations or product roles with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
Possesses strong analytical skills specifically in building financial models and defining performance tracking metrics.
Is a versatile generalist with a university degree in a quantitative or business field and a strong bias for action.
