Salary | : | HK$15503 HK$19592 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. | Carry out procurement and materials management activities including filing and stocktaking. |
2. | Perform procurement functions including product sourcing price research purchase requisition quotation administration commitment monitoring etc. |
3. | Coordinate and arrange departmental meetings activities and programs. |
| 4. | Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. |
Entry Requirement:
1. | F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below: |
| | (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or equivalent; |
| | OR |
| | (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;

2. | F.5/ S.5 with experience. |
Preferred Attributes:
1. Knowledge of common office applications (e.g. E-mail Internet/Intranet etc.) and proficiency in PC applications (e.g. MS Word Excel PowerPoint Chinese Word Processing Photoshop).
2. Responsible self-motivated attention to details well-organized and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience gained from procurement and materials management will be an advantage.
