What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up to delivery

  • Accurately document customer concerns and recommend services using GM guidelines

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers technicians and management

  • Review multi-point inspections and present maintenance and repair options confidently

  • Manage repair orders efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and throughput

  • Follow up with customers to ensure a positive service experience and build loyalty

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent CSI performance and repeat customer relationships

  • Accurate well-documented repair orders with minimal rework

  • Strong service sales driven by trust and clear communication

  • Seamless collaboration with technicians and service leadership

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor/Consultant experience

  • GM dealership experience strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of GM service processes maintenance schedules and warranty

  • Strong communication organization and time-management skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GM systems (Dealertrack DMS GlobalConnect Dealerlogix etc.)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service sales goals
