We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork innovation and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to infants children and adolescents

Build long-term relationships with families and the care team

Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach

Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics

Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in North Carolina

Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
