Your Profile
- Identify and onboard new event organizers and activity partners across India
- Manage and support regional event organizers for regular and festival events
- Help event partners list their events smoothly using our DIY onboarding process
- Handle client queries and complaints with a calm solution-oriented approach
- Take ownership of the accounts assigned to you
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure event listings promotions and marketing are aligned
- Be a key point of contact to ensure a great experience for both partners and users
Your Checklist
- Can multitask prioritize and get things done efficiently
- Have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Are comfortable drafting emails and handling simple calculations (discounts percentages pricing)
- Have good time management and organizational skills
- Are polite patient and confident while dealing with people
- Can stay calm in challenging situations
- Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
