What this job involves:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cost Manager to lead commercial and cost management activities in our project in Taif. This strategic role requires expertise in financial planning cost control and commercial management with responsibility for delivering projects within budget while maximizing value for clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Pre-Contract Services

• Lead strategic cost planning and budget development for major projects

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and lifecycle cost analyze

• Lead value engineering workshops and studies

• Lead tender evaluation processes and contractor selection

• Develop cash flow projections and financial models

Post-Contract Services

• Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects

• Lead contract administration and change management processes

• Implement robust cost control systems and procedures

• Lead commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategies

• Manage complex claims and dispute resolution processes

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Proficiency with ACONEX Connected Cost software
• Expert knowledge of measurement and estimating techniques
• Strong understanding of construction technology and methodologies
• Experience with digital cost management tools and platforms

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering or Finance
• Advanced degree (MSc/MBA) preferred
• Chartered membership with RICS AIQS or equivalent professional body
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive cost management experience
