Job Summary
- Develop implement and evaluate recreation programs and activities for diverse age groups.
- Supervise train and schedule recreation staff.
- Manage and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
- Develop and manage recreation budgets.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate special events and tournaments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and the community.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Recreation Leisure Studies or related field preferred.
- Experience in recreation programming and supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- First aid and CPR certification.
