Unit Information: Lawnwood Regional RRT (754) Location: Lawnwood Regional Address: 1700 South 23rd street Ft Pierce FL 34954 Floor: Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 437 beds Number of Staff 60 Type of staff: Director permanent staff 7-8 RRT s3-4 per diem help o Day Shift Director Manager Supervisor 8-10 RRT o Night Shift Supervisor 8 10 RRT Patient Ratios approximately 44-46 procedures per shift Type of equipment Servo I ventilators nebulizer Hamilton V 60 Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines ABG s CPT EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS 2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma experience Director prefer to only consider candidates with previous Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Respiratory Therapist provides treatment care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies asthma pneumonia emphysema Best personality Fit: Team player close knit team critical thinker patient care focus fast paced Active disciplinary approach collaborative physician relationships Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
