Job Summary
Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including but not limited to therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education physical modalities gait training and manual techniques. Our therapists demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care. Performs evaluations and treatment of patients per prescription of referring physicians. Assists in clinic management of other personnel and students of the department.

Requirement description :
- 1 Years of PT Experience - REQUIRED
- Outpatient orthopedics experience - REQUIRED
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction)
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the speciality (Physical Therapist) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Illinois/IL Physical Therapist License - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
