Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (PT) Active PTOT TX License no Temp License allowed Procedures performed on unit: In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatmentsAcute (Ortho Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatmentsWound Care Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable ColorPT: Hunter Green - Scrubs Require Purchase Nail Policy Clean and Healthy no artificial nails gel next gen - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the Body art should be covered whenever possible.
