Title: Sr Program Manager
Location: Chicago or Houston (hybrid) will consider relo candidates
Must Have:
- 10 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs
- Proven experience with legacy-to-modern transformations
Role Summary
This role will drive the program at a strategic level ensuring alignment across three major workstreams. The Program Manager will guide conversations toward solutions help teams focus on the most critical areas and bring coherence to a complex evolving transformation.
You will report directly to the hiring leader and work in close partnership with the enterprise architect and technical writer while program-level PMs are aligned to individual verticals/workstreams.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs
- Proven experience with legacy-to-modern transformations
- Understanding of mainframe environments ideally with experience moving off COBOL-based systems
- Experience driving programs where requirements are not fully defined upfront
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills-able to drive conversations to outcomes
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect vision to execution
Experience with programs comparable in scale (e.g. $100M multi-year initiatives
