Job Summary
Role Description:
Monitor application dashboards and system alerts using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk AppDynamics Dynatrace).
Perform initial triage of alerts and incidents validate severity and escalate to L2L3 teams as per SOP.
Track and update incidents in ITSM tools (ServiceNow Remedy).
Execute basic troubleshooting steps (restart services check logs verify connectivity).
Ensure SLA compliance for incident acknowledgment and escalation.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders during major incidents.
Document recurring issues and assist in knowledge base updates.
Participate in shift operations (24x7 or rotational) and handover meetings.
