Role: Business Analyst (BSS)
Location: Singapore
We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion multiple roles are open across key functions to help build maintain and enhance next-generation solutions. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale systems innovative technologies and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Translate journey objectives into well-defined functional non-functional and data requirements
- Define epics user stories process flows and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence
- Ensure documentation traceability from requirement through design development and testing
- Drive quality and completeness in backlog readiness across squads
- Partner with QA/QE to define UAT test cases and align test coverage with business intent
- Facilitate sign-off processes for requirements test outcomes and post-release validation
- Support sprint ceremonies release planning and grooming sessions to ensure timely aligned delivery
- Participate in solution walkthroughs and change impact analysis across multiple domains
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in business analysis or related requirements management roles with proven track record supporting digital consumer platforms (mobile/web) in Agile delivery environments
- Agile (e.g. SAFe CSM) or BA certifications (e.g. CBAP) is nice to have
- Strong familiarity with backend systems such as CRM billing identity and integration layers
- Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence and process modeling tool
- Experience documenting digital journeys mobile/web self-serve features or customer portals
- Experience in the telecommunications sector or large-scale customer-facing platform programs is a plus
