Job Summary
TLG Global is an international group with over 40 years of experience in real estate development hospitality and residency-by-investment programs with operations in Portugal.We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Quantity Surveyor bringing proven experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or similar roles and the ambition to grow within a dynamic international organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the analysis of Architectural and Engineering projects (structures HVAC plumbingelectrical fire safety etc.)Assist in the preparation of measurements and Bills of QuantitiesContribute to the development of construction cost estimates for renovation and new-buildprojectsSupport tendering and procurement processes including proposal comparisonCoordinate with design construction and procurement teamsAssist in cost updates and basic budget control during construction phasesProfile
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or similar rolesAcademic background in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or similar(preferred)Basic to intermediate knowledge of measurements for Architecture and Engineering disciplinesGood analytical skills attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to work in a structured team environmentProficiency in Excel and basic cost estimation / measurement tools

Required Skills:
