We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Quantity Surveyor bringing proven experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or similar roles and the ambition to grow within a dynamic international organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the analysis of Architectural and Engineering projects (structures HVAC plumbing
electrical fire safety etc.)
Assist in the preparation of measurements and Bills of Quantities
Contribute to the development of construction cost estimates for renovation and new-build
projects
Support tendering and procurement processes including proposal comparison
Coordinate with design construction and procurement teams
Assist in cost updates and basic budget control during construction phases
Profile
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or similar roles
Academic background in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or similar
(preferred)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of measurements for Architecture and Engineering disciplines
Good analytical skills attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a structured team environment
Proficiency in Excel and basic cost estimation / measurement tools
