Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten (KG) Teacher to facilitate early childhood learning through interactive lessons storytelling play-based activities and hands-on experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of child development and be able to create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy numeracy motor skills and social-emotional development.
  
• Engaging Learning Methods: Utilize storytelling music art play-based activities and interactive games to enhance learning.
  
• Student Development: Monitor and assess each childs progress ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
  
• Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive safe and structured classroom that encourages creativity and collaboration.
  
• Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on their childs progress through meetings reports and feedback sessions.
  
• Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events celebrations and field trips for holistic learning.
  
• Behavioral Guidance: Encourage positive behavior and social skills through patience empathy and effective classroom management.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers administrators and support staff to ensure a well-rounded learning experience for children.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Montessori Training or a related field. Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  
• Experience:
  • 2 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Preschool.
    
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
    
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
    
  • Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.
    
  • Patience and a nurturing attitude toward young learners.
    
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
    

Screening Process:

• Demo Class: Conduct a sample lesson to demonstrate teaching techniques.
  
• Interview: Assessment of experience teaching methodology and understanding of early childhood education.
  

Salary: 15000 - 20000 per month
