Requirements
ITI RFM (35 years)
- 35 years of experience in data analysis customer analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience with RFM modeling and customer segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
