Job Summary

Amazon is seeking Individual for its Linehaul team who is able to hold a high bar on delivering results with bias for action and attention to detail. This job requires the employee to constantly dive deep and look for opportunities to improve quality with a focus on cost reduction and process streamlining. Employees ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define his/her success. High impact issues often require coordination between multiple stakeholders - Operations Procurement Finance and Tech so the employee gets to experience a breadth of impact with various groups.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities and accountability:
Monitor GST E-waybill filling.
Responsible for GST E-waybill Generation.
Responsible for validating transportation documentation process and timely take compliance awareness session on sites.
Handle vehicle detention cases.
Responsible for complete GST assessment
Responsible to track and maintain various operations metrics
Respond to and follow up to escalation E-mails and Trouble tickets
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to management
About the team
Our team works with multiple stakeholders to build and deploy scalable solutions for our internal and external customers while ensuring executions systems are rightly configured to deliver customer promises across the transportation network.
- 1 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Bachelors degree
