JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Arizona license required; IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS

Experience: Minimum 1 year orthopedic surgery experience

Other Qualifications: Ability to provide independent 24-hour call coverage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for orthopedic surgery services

Perform orthopedic surgical procedures as indicated

Conduct clinic visits during scheduled clinic days

Respond to emergency orthopedic consults

Document all patient care in Cerner EMR
