Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and support in your native language plus English

• Handle orders deliveries product settings or account inquiries (depending on project)

• Support global customers with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books and Movie

• Review and moderate online content and ads (some roles may include exposure to sensitive material)

• Deliver professional and solution-oriented service at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the listed languages and English

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to relocate and work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria

• Flexibility to work within the assigned schedule (MondayFriday or MondaySunday)
