Job Summary
Welcome toS&H Farm Supply. We are a high-volume Agriculture Construction Powersports and Lawn & Garden equipment dealership with 6 locations in SW MO. We also have one of the Midwests largest selections of used farm lawn & garden and recreational equipment.
Were hiring aGeneral Manager in Lockwood MOto manage all aspects of the Lockwood dealership. The GM will focus on high customer satisfaction leading the location in alignment with our company direction and meet or exceed location specific goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of agriculture farm diesel construction and/or heavy equipment or similar equipment dealership experience
- Prior experience managing multiple departments and employee groups is required
- Understanding of financial statements
- Knowledge of sales strategies
- Strong communicator and coach implementing efficient operations and promoting a customer-first mentality amongst the team.
- Enjoy a role working directly with customers and can work calmly under the pressure of the busy season.
- Ability to acquire and analyze information essential to the operation of the business
What you will be doing:
- P&L and Financial Management and Oversight
- Manage all store departments operations and employees
- Sales Plan Development and Management
- Manage Ag Sales
- Customer Relations Management and Oversight
- Vendor Relations and Contact
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Assist with Location Budget Development
- Ensure team compliance to all safe business practices and processes
