Job Summary

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time entry level Groundskeeper and Maintenance Attendant for Butler County.

Position Summary:

The position is responsible for providing building maintenance custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings are clean and in efficient working condition.

Main duties are: Grass cutting trimming hedges and bushes Snow removal light plumbing painting drywall repair etc. Knowledge of electrical work HVAC and basic welding is helpfulbut not required.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Butler location. No Evenings No Weekends No Holidays!!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated knowledge with lawn tools and basic household tools
Prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance basic plumbing electricity principles basic welding refrigeration and air conditioning systems and/or boiler systems repair is helpful but not required.
Ability to read and write.
Must possess a valid drivers license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
