Location: DeSoto TX
Schedule: Weekend Work Required 5-Day Work Week with Two Consecutive Days Off During the Week
Compensation: Up to $20/hour $5 per Flagged Hour Performance Bonus

The Role
This position focuses on high-volume undercar repairs including brakes and suspension while supporting the shops Rack Attack inspection process. This role does require weekend availability balanced by two consistent days off during the week.
What Youll Be Doing
- Perform undercar repairs including:
- Brake systems (pads rotors calipers)
- Suspension and steering components
- Shocks struts control arms ball joints tie rods
- Support the Rack Attack inspection process including underhood mid-rise and high-rise inspections
- Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work within a structured system designed to keep bays full
- Maintain safety quality and cleanliness standards
Important:
Technicians are not responsible for selling work or building inspections. The Rack Attack process is handled by designated staff so you can focus on turning hours and producing quality work.
Compensation Details
- Hourly pay up to $20/hour based on experience
- Additional $5-$7 per flagged hour performance bonus
