Inbox Business Technologies is excited to offer an IT Intern position for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry. As an IT Intern you will work closely with our experienced team members and assist in various IT-related tasks and projects fostering your technical skills and understanding of the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues under the guidance of experienced IT staff.
- Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment including computers printers and network devices.
- Participate in ongoing IT projects and help document processes and procedures.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team.
- Help manage user accounts and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT service delivery and support.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer networking hardware and software components.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Availability for a full-time internship duration.
Benefits
Stipend: PKR 25000/-
Internship for 6 months with the possibility of a full-time job afterward.
