4. Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred

Background on the Position
Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group providing operational support to the US Banks and Broker/Dealer Lending Products Deposit Products Banking Services Collateral Monitoring Margin Operations and Vendor Management. The candidate would be responsible for completing day-to-day operational tasks related to the oversight of vendor services supporting the US Banks including mortgage origination services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans
Review monthly reports and escalate to management when necessary
Provide client service to the field: handle incoming emails
Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
Participate in projects and training when needed to take notes and meeting minutes
