- Client Management: Meet with clients to understand vision offer advice and build strong relationships.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop event timelines budgets schedules and detailed plans.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all suppliers (caterers decorators etc.) confirm logistics and review contracts.
- Logistics: Manage venue setup decor seating arrangements and guest movement.
- Day-Of Execution: Oversee rehearsals manage the event timeline direct staff/vendors and handle unexpected issues.
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests provide directions answer questions and ensure comfort.
- Promptly reply to guest inquires and all event related matters
- Coordinate inter-resort communication and documentation between F&B departments.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and performance data (P&L guest satisfaction upselling results etc.)
- Manage departmental calendars meeting minutes and follow-up on action plans.
- Support pre-opening event planning and promotional activities across the cluster resorts.
- Handle guest correspondence and feedback related to F&B when required.
- Support the F&B leadership team in scheduling payroll submissions and administrative processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and resort-related information.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
