Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join our Transformation team. You will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing complex business projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and according to the expected quality standards.
Overall responsible of the project by leading the project team in an efficient and effective way
Align project goals with strategic business objectives
Responsible for project plan creation execution coordination and project deliverables
Ensure that the project is delivered on time on budget with the agreed scope
Coordinate project preparation activities: identify stakeholders set-up cross functional team develop communication plan
Conduct risk assessment and formulate mitigation actions
Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus buy-in and adoption
Act as an advisor providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on business knowledge and project findings
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and SteerCo
Guide the organisation through the implementation and ensure smooth and successful transition to operational use
Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned
Promote culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering business projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI PMBOK Prince2)
- Solid business acumen with ability to understand and analyse business requirements processes challenges and opportunities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- In-depth understanding of business processes and operations
